Whether you are a seasoned runner taking on a new challenge or a beginner wondering how to start, I can help you reach your goal. My training plans follow the tried and tested Lydiard principles and will be personalised to your goal and life circumstances. Regular support and accountability can help you discover more of what you are capable of and also what you enjoy..

Yoga teaching

 

Even though I only started a yoga practice in 2016, I cannot imagine my life or my running without it. Yoga will be part of my run coaching for those who are interested in it. I offer general yoga teaching as well as ‘yoga for runners’. This can be 1:1 or to small groups on request.
